Give your pieces that extra TLC! Caring for your jewelry will ensure it always stays your right hand gal!
When wearing your jewelry, please avoid contact with chlorine, perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals, excessive sweat and any other external substances that could compromise the quality and plating. Keep your jewelry away from any abrasive products such as keys, coins, rocks, sands, etc. to avoid scratching the material.
When your pieces are not being worn, we suggest always storing them in a cool dry area, preferably in the listlii boxes, or in any other jewelry box or storage space that avoids contact externally.
Listlii pieces are made to wear anytime, anywhere, anyplace and although they can be there for you 24/7, we suggest giving them some downtime and removing them when coming into contact with soaps, water, chlorine, when working out, and also when sleeping to avoid accidental damage (especially to our delicate herringbone pieces).
Herringbone Policy
Due to the delicate nature of these beautiful pieces, they are naturally prone to kinks or dents. Please take extra care of these pieces by ensuring they are removed during sleep, while showering or while engaging in any activity that involves intense movement.
Kinks or dents to the herringbone chains or bracelets are not covered under our warranty, as they are part of the pieces natural wear and tear.
