Our warranty policy covers any manufacturing damage including but not limited to; broken chains, studs or clasps, stones that have fallen out of their settings, etc. If you are ever unsure of whether the damage falls under our policy, please send a photo to CustomerCare@listlii.com and we can always assist you!

If your listlii jewelry sustains any damage, please reach out to us at Customercare@listlii.com and provide us with a photo of the damage. We will assess and provide you with further details and instructions

Our warranty does not cover lost items (including the stopper on your earrings), pieces that have been subject to natural wear and tear such as scratching or kinking (review our herringbone policy below) or damage sustained from external factors such as extended sun exposure or improper care of jewelry.

Due to the delicate nature of these beautiful pieces, they are naturally prone to kinks or dents. Please take extra care of these pieces by ensuring they are removed during sleep, while showering or while engaging in any activity that involves water or rough movements. By following these simple precautions, you can help extend the life of your jewelry and ensure it remains a beautiful, cherished part of your collection for years to come. Kinks or dents to the herringbone chains or bracelets are not covered under our warranty, as they are part of the piece's natural wear and tear.

All warranty returns are subject to the shipping costs involved in both returning the piece and us shipping the piece back to you. Customers in the United States and Canada will be charged a flat fee of $25 for a warranty return. International customers are responsible for covering all international shipping costs.
