Have an account?

If you've created an account with us (first - thank you for your loyaly!), you can track your pieces by going into the "My Orders" section and checking for the staus. You will recieve an email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number you can use to follow your shipment as it makes its way to you! You will recieve another email letting you know when your order is out for delivery and finally a last notification once the package has been delivered.

Not to worry - you can either create one using the email you placed the order with or you can follow along after recieving our shipping notifications. You will recieve an email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment as it makes its way to you! You will recieve another email letting you know when your order is out for delivery and finally a last notification once the package has been delivered.

To make changes to your order, including canceling or adjusting the order or changing the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that due to the efficient processing of orders, it may not be possible to make changes to your order after this time period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

If you would like to make a return, please send an email to customercare@listlii.com and include your order number in the email. This will help us process your return efficiently.

Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for return.

Pieces looking a little dull? Not to worry - our pieces are very easy to clean and bring that shine back in no time! We suggest using a polishing cloth to gently buff out your pieces. Do not use any cleaning materials, unless they are specificially made for jewelry polishing! To extend the life of your jewelry and keep that long-lasting shine, please check out our Care Page

We strive to have all orders shipped out within 1-3 business days! For more details, please check out our shipping policy here!

All orders are shipped out of Toronto, Canada. Any duties, import fees, customers and/or taxes incurred as a result of international shipping will not be covered by listlii and will be the responsibility of the customer. Fees vary depending on the package's final destination. For more information on the exact charges, please contact your local customs office.

You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after it has been placed. We work very hard to begin processing your order as soon as possible and get your pieces to you in no time! After 1 hour, we are unable to cancel orders. To cancel, please email CustomerCare@listlii.com

We're here to help as best as we can! Sometimes the carrier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status after recieving the order. If after 48 hours, your tracking is still not updating, please reach out to us at CustomerCare@listlii.com

Safe for all skin types is our top priority. All listlii pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel free!
